Review: Oh my god, it was sooooooo red. A deep pinkish red. With my curly shortish hair I looked like a lolita - bit cute, bit goth. The colour has some crazy staying-power. After the pink that it faded to wouldnt go away after 2 month I tried to bleach it out - it was like neon-peach. But well, dying it over with some caramel-blonde solved it. Great colour, but too pink after a few washes. -Lil-

Review: I just looove this color! In the first wash the color is like 'beetroot', but a little more pinkish. In the next washes it's a 'light beetroot'. (just for the record: my hair was a platinum blond before, I think if it was a darker blond the Rubine color would be a little more redish, like it appears on stores catalog) Very original and beautiful color! -Litylon-

Review: More of a very dark cerise than a red =S I'm very confused as to why it came out this way - my hair was medium yellowy blonde, and I left the hair dye on for 11 hours whilst I slept. It's a beautiful colour, its just not red at all. -Jo-

Review: Good colour, gives a gorgeous glow in bright light without being too startling in low light (so, suitable for work in a fairly conservative environment). Less messy to apply than some and lasts fairly well. -Feckless Wench-

Review: I wanted a darker purpley/red colour towards the end of my red phase, so I went with rubine, and it was a brilliant choice. It came out a slightly darker blood-red shade than my previous reds... slightly lighter than any online shop pictures indicate. Didn't leave too many remnants of purple. Fades to a slightly pinky-red, but still kept the blood red depth to it. My favourite of any red I tried, and it wasn't even meant to be a red dye! -Geneticphreak-

Review: Not bad, deep colour for first few washes, but I have difficult grey hair, it still faded to a lighter pink colour, but if kept topped up with a once a week/two weeks dye says quite a good colour. Little smell, and nicer than using perm peroixde dyes. -Glenn-
