Review: I wasnt too sure about using Ultra Violet, after my friend used it and had it come out brown, when i used it there was a light layer of pink under it and it turned out really good =] (STANDARD) -Paiige- |

Review: An amazing colour - a deep yet bright violet that's definitely more on the blue than red side of purple. The colour positively glows, and the actual dye leaves your hair very soft and conditioned too. Also, the rinsing out went like a dream - I was expecting to have to hold my head under the water forever, as normal, but I think it took around a minute for all the residual dye to wash off! My only gripe is that it didn't colour all parts of my hair evenly - some has more of a blue than a violet look to it, and other sections didn't take properly. This might be because I dyed over a previous colour, though, and hadn't prebleached for a while. I'd definitely recommend doing that first when using this colour for a more even result. Review: This colour is EPIC its like rly intense purple! i bleached my hair to a yellowy blonde colour before i put on the dye, i cnt imagine how bright it would turn out if used on RLY light blonde xD (AMPLIFIED) -Gemma- |

Review: I loved the color of this, initially it is very deep purple and is very blue toned. It faded very nicely because I dyed it over pink. When I used it over white, however, it faded into an awful icky grey. Wouldn't reccommend that. (STANDARD) -MissKittyRawr- |

Review: It turned out a lot more blue than I'd hoped for - I mean, in the sun it is really, really purpleISH-blue. Mostly blue, and at night or inside it finally takes on a more purple look. I didn't really like it all that much, but a lot of my friends said they did. It faded to a gross gray and VERY quickly, after only a few washes. I wouldn't buy this product again, unfortunately. Review: This dye looks great when you first apply but it quickly fade and after two washes my ends where pale blue wasn't impressed. Stays longer the more you use the dye and in the end it does look fab. Hope this helps. (STANDARD) -Jennifer- |

Review: I used this gel dye on my fringe, hoping for a bright purple without pink undertones which would stand out against my black dreads. I bleached to a pale yellowish colour beforehand, and was very dissapointed with the results! The gel kept running down my forehead, and staining my skin, so was impossible to leave on for more than an hour or two (and only managed two hours with constant forehead mopping!). When I washed it out, it had not taken in patches, so the result was a patchy, faded colour that was nowhere near as bright as expected! I tried again the next day, hoping that to redye over what was already there would intensify the colour, but no luck! It still came out patchy and dull! I wouldn't recommend the gel formula of this colour at all, but haven't tried the cream, so can't comment on whether the colour is better with that one! In the end I had to buy some more dye and dye over my fringe with a different brand! Definitely won't be buying this one again! (GEL) -Amanda- |
